Part II – Information That Woxox Processes on Your Behalf

  • Files and documents uploaded to Woxox CRM

The data you entrust to Woxox CRM for processing is referred to as Service Data.

Your Ownership & Control
  • You own your Service Data. We do not claim ownership of any data you store in Woxox CRM.
  • We protect your data and process it only according to your instructions.
  • You can access, modify, share, or delete your Service Data at any time.
Data Retention & Deletion
  • We retain Service Data as long as you maintain an active Woxox CRM account.
  • If you close your account, your data will be automatically deleted from our active database within 6 months and from our backups within 3 months thereafter.
Your Rights if Someone Entrusted Your Data to Woxox

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or another region with similar data protection laws, and a third party (e.g., your employer or a company you interact with) has stored your data in Woxox CRM, you may have rights over your personal information.

To exercise these rights (such as accessing, modifying, or deleting your data), please contact the organization that collected your information. We will work with them to process your request in compliance with applicable regulations.

Part III – General

While we are committed to protecting your privacy, there are certain limitations to what we can promise:

  • We may disclose personal information if required to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or protect the safety of our users.
  • Currently, we do not honor Do Not Track (DNT) signals from web browsers. If a universal standard for processing DNT signals is established, we will adopt it.

Woxox CRM may contain links to third-party websites, integrations, and social media widgets. These services have separate privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them before sharing personal information. Woxox CRM is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
